Delivery

All jewellery must be sent via an insured delivery service. With this in mind, our delivery charges are as follows:

UK
Items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. This guarantees next day delivery before 1pm within the UK.

Special Delivery incurs an additional charge of £12.50 + vat to cover postage and packing.

R.O.I.
Items are sent via DHL, and are estimated to be delivered within 2-3 days.

DHL incurs an additional charge of €45.00 to cover postage and packing.

Collection

All orders are eligible for collection if you have selected this option at checkout. We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up.

Lead times

Delivery lead times can vary depending on the nature of current stock levels. If your item(s) are in stock, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be sent out. When items are not currently in stock, they will be manufactured and sent out within approx. 2-4 weeks.

All signet rings are handmade and sized to order, the approximate lead time for these items is 2-4 weeks. If requested, we will try and expedite this process to meet specific delivery dates, however this is not always possible.

If you wish to receive a stock level update of your order, please contact us and we will be able to provide an estimated date for your order completion.

Orders are not processed on Weekends and Bank Holidays so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around these times.

We’ll do our best to make sure your order gets to you on time but please be aware that in severe or adverse conditions, our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.

Engraving

In the event of personalised items, such as engraving, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks. However, during busy periods such as Christmas, these times can be longer.
