Q: What are your accepted payment methods?
A: We accept a number of payment options including debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal

Q: Can I collect my order?
A: Yes, you can! At checkout, select the option for Collection. You must be able to pick up your item from 38-40 Hylton Street, Birmingham B18 6HN.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Once your order is ready to ship, UK customers will receive their item(s) via Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm the next working day.
Republic of Ireland customers will receive their items via DHL and should allow 2-3 days to receive their order.

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: Delivery within the UK is £10.00.
Delivery to Republic of Ireland is €37.00.

Q: Do you offer engraving?
A: Yes! We offer hand engraving on a majority of our products. This is charged at £8 per character – spaces are not charged.
For specific engraving designs, please contact us with the SKU of the item you wish to engrave and a photo of your desired design.

Q: Why haven’t I received my order yet?
A: If an item isn’t currently in stock, it can take weeks to manufacturing, plus delivery time. If you are concerned that you have not received your order yet, please send contact us and quote your order number.

Q: Can I return an item?
A: All stock items are eligible for return. However, we cannot offer returns on specials or items that have been personally engraved. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. For all returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
